Aprena doesn't take self-reports at face value. Each questionnaire uses calibrated probing questions and cross-validates responses against peer signals to detect over- and under-inflation. Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Aprena is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Individual responses are never shared with managers or leadership — only aggregated proficiency data appears in reports.
Yes. The Growth and Enterprise plans allow you to include non-employee contributors in your workforce scan. Contractor proficiency data is kept in a separate partition and is not included in internal-only reports unless you choose to merge it.
