See the skills your team actually has.

Aprena turns your team's real work history into a skills map, a gap report, and a mobility plan — so you can restructure for AI without breaking the wrong things.

Every company is restructuring for AI. Almost none can see their own people.

Mid-market teams are making the biggest workforce calls of the decade in spreadsheets — with no map of the skills they have, and no read on the skills they'll need.

Cut

roles they didn't need to cut.

Hire

skills they already had in-house.

Automate

the work that made them distinctive.

From strategy to a named move — in weeks, not quarters.

One system for strategy, skills, and mobility. Built on the EU's ESCO skill standard, scored from real work history — not self-assessment.

01 · Strategy → Skills

We translate your goals into the skills you'll actually need.

Feed in company strategy and team data. We map them to the ESCO skill universe — no existing HR framework required.

Deliverable · Strategic skills map
02 · Assess → Gaps

Every employee, every skill, honestly scored.

A per-person matrix scored from work history and job data. Each skill marked ready, develop, or critical gap. Updates as people move.

Deliverable · Skills matrix + gap report
03 · Plan → Mobility

From a gap to a named move, in a week.

Career paths — vertical and lateral — redeployment options, and a 12-week development plan with courses and a mentor match per person.

Deliverable · Mobility plan + PDPs

This is what clarity looks like.

One view. Every person. No guessing who to invest in, who to re-scope, and who needs a hard conversation.

A note from the founder

“Companies don't struggle with hiring. They struggle with clarity about what capability they need — and what they already have.”

I've spent twelve years building products around people's careers — at scale, and one-on-one. Aprena is the tool I wish every operator I've worked with had: an honest read on the workforce, before the hard decisions.

A few things people ask before the call.

If you'd rather just talk it through, the calendar is open. A 30-minute call is usually enough to know if Aprena fits.

How long does it take to get a result?

Four to eight weeks from kickoff to a usable skills map, gap report, and mobility plan. The first artefact lands in week two.

Do we need an existing HR framework or skill taxonomy?

No. Aprena maps your strategy onto ESCO — the EU Commission's open skill standard. If you have an internal framework, we'll reconcile to it. If you don't, you're not behind.

How are skills scored, exactly?

From real signals — work history, role artefacts, and job data — not self-assessment surveys. Every score has a source. People can challenge it; managers calibrate.

What does it cost?

$10 per user per month. One price. No consultants, no six-month rollout, no enterprise contract. For 200 employees, that's $24K a year — roughly half the cost of a single mishire.

Where does our data live?

EU-hosted. We process the minimum needed to score skills, and you can export everything from day one. Full DPA on request — bring it up on the call.

Are you ready for production deployments?

We're in pilot phase: one paid pilot live, two more in discussion. If you're an early partner, you'll have direct line to me and a real say in the roadmap. If you'd rather wait, we'll tell you that on the call too.

Thirty minutes. Your screen, our screen. Your real questions.

No deck. We'll look at your situation, walk through what an Aprena pilot would look like for your team, and you'll leave with something useful either way.
