How long does a typical Aprena assessment take?+

From the moment you upload your roster to when you have a ready-to-share report takes under 4 hours in most cases. The questionnaire itself takes each employee about 15–20 minutes to complete, and Aprena distributes it, collects responses, and processes results automatically.

How accurate are the self-reported proficiency levels?+

Aprena doesn't take self-reports at face value. Each questionnaire uses calibrated probing questions and cross-validates responses against peer signals to detect over- and under-inflation. Studies show raw self-assessment accuracy rates around 40–60%; Aprena's validated scores are typically 85%+ reliable.

What HRIS or ATS systems do you integrate with?+

Aprena currently integrates with BambooHR, Workday, Rippling, and ADP, with support for CSV import for any other system. Our API is available on the Enterprise plan for custom integrations. Full Salesforce and Greenhouse integrations are on our roadmap for Q3.

Is our employee data secure?+

Can we assess contractors and freelancers?+
